New York, New York!

For my 30th birthday in April, Steven surprised me with a trip to New York...WOW! We went this past month and had an amazing time! I don't know if I have ever walked so much in 5 days but we saw nearly all of Manhattan and put many miles on our shoes! It would be too much to list everything that we saw/did but some of the highlights were seeing the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, going to the top of the Rockefeller Building (what an incredible view!), Ground Zero (very emotional), being on a tour boat moments after a helicopter/air plane collision, attending our first Broadway show (very expensive but very good), subway rides, the Today show, GMA where we watched 3 former American Idols perform, and spending time with our dear friends Mark and Jill who opened their home to us and gave us a guided tour of the city...thank you!!!
