Last Thursday Garrett had his surgery to have tubes put in his ears and his adenoids removed...He can hear again!!! The surgeon said the fluid in his ears was comparable to paper mache and that his adenoids were huge, I am so glad we had the procedure done! He is hearing sounds he has not heard in a VERY long time...air planes, the garbage truck coming, the ice cream truck, his mother :)...amazing they were so plugged he could not easily hear those loud noises! His surgery went smoothly with little to no pain to speak of, if feels so good not to need to shout any more...poor Mason who COULD always hear me shouting!
What a trooper! Soo glad he can hear better! Hope to see you all at a park or somewhere soon! :)
