On our way to school today, our conversation went something like this:
G: "Mommy, when I'm big like Daddy, I'm going to have a baby."
M: "You are?"
G: "Yes, and I will get to hold it. I will get to tell you their names too."
M: "What will your baby's name be?"
G: "My boy will be Cassandra and the girl will be Cole."
M: "The boy or girl will be Cassandra?"
G: "The BOY will be Cassandra and the girl will be Cole."
The conversation ended here as we had arrived at school but what sweet thoughts those are! I have absolutely no idea where Cassandra came from as we do not know a Cassandra. He does have a Cole in his class but it is a boy. Their imaginations are so precious!!!
